Who We Are

Our Story

Yalda’s journey into employment services began unexpectedly, leading her to build Yalda Placement Services (YPS) in 2009. Over nearly fifteen years, YPS grew through relationships with consumers, counselors, families, and employers across North Texas.

Today, that same foundation continues as YisAbility — carrying forward the experience, relationships, and commitment built through YPS.
